The 145SLD-S boasts the strongest casting performance in the Tide Minnow series, and its overwhelming flying distance and high specific gravity body make it ideal for fishing in hard conditions such as strong headwinds and big swells. Of course, the 145SLD-S is also effective for fishing off-shore points such as sandbars, where floating models are inaccessible, and for yellowtail fishing in the surf, where flying distance is essential.
