The STEP CAT is a special method plug for developing a speedy shallow water game by jerking and twitching.
The STEP CAT produces an astonishing instantaneous dart by jerking and twitching, and stimulates fish-eaters with a unique 3-D action that conventional hard baits could not produce, such as a popping action that sometimes rises up toward the surface of the water.
The STEP CAT is equipped with a T-shaped multi-purpose center of gravity shift (PAT.) and a built-in moving tungsten balancer that not only produces a sharp trick action, but also a long distance cast that does not match its cute size. The STEP CAT can be cast sufficiently with medium-light action bait rods (e.g. Destroyer F3 class) as well as spinning tackle, allowing for high-tempo games with bait tackle.
