The MFB stands for “MAT FLUORESCENT BUG” and refers to a fluorescent bug-style color scheme. It features a vivid fluorescent yellow base with a gradient that transitions to fluorescent green on the upper sides (shoulders). Furthermore, the bug patterns on the back and sides are accented with a vibrant fluorescent orange. The MFB is available in a variety of items, including the VIBRATION-X ULTRA, TYPE-X, CYCLONE, and GRIFFON. Even within the MFB series, there are multiple variations for each item, ranging from see-through types to opaque types. Models like the X-80 PROPDARTER and GRIFFON are opaque types, featuring a finish that delivers particularly strong appeal thanks to their intense fluorescent coloration. This color works well with topwater plugs and is especially effective during low-light periods like dawn and dusk, as well as in heavily turbid conditions.
