The KARASHI SPINNER is highly effective on completely neutral bass that have not responded to the usual I-shaped lure approach. Simply pull the lure slowly just below the surface of the water in the surface to middle layers of weed bottoms, shallow water, and under overhangs.
It can also be brought to the surface and lightly jerked and retrieved to produce delicate boils of small baits. When ordinary buzz baits and swishers have too strong an impact, the KARASHI SPINNER will bring the fish to bite.
