The Noisy Cat Flipper is a sub-surface crank that can reliably trace the surface layer at any speed. The unique body form, made possible by the special upper and lower split design, allows the lure to be used at any retrieve speed from dead slow to super fast. The front eye is equipped with a colorado blade for enhanced flashing.
In addition, two types of rattles are placed on the upper and lower layers of the body to create a variety of sounds to attract neutral catfish from deep within the cover.
