The COLLIE is a slim sinking pencil. When the school of rockfish around 15cm in size in harbor areas are not active, they are interested in lures with strong water push and plugs that move too fast, but they may not get bites. They bite just barely with a worm, but cannot be enticed with a plug.... It will be useful in tough conditions.
Just let it sink a little after landing on the water and reel it in slowly.
