GP Sakurai Illusion is a limited-edition color included in the FX9 Prototype Kit, the initial limited edition of the FX9 introduced in 2010 as an innovative minnow featuring a variable-resistance flap bill. This FX9 Prototype Kit featured a lineup of five colors in total, including GP Chart Back, GP Phantom, Avocado Ayu, and Spawn Killer. Among these, the GP Sakurai Illusion was specifically designed for targeting big bass during early spring spawning. It features a beautiful color scheme with the IL (Illusion) coating on the back and the subtle shimmer of the GP (Guanine Phantom) holographic finish on the sides. Given that this color was produced only once, it can be considered one of the most valuable colors among the respect colors released to date.
