Unlike the original OneTen, the OneTen SILENT RISER is specially set up with "fixed tungsten" and "center-of-gravity distributed mount". It has been tuned to have a responsive swimming action with no time lag at the start of the action, and a "rise up and escape action" where the lure raises its head to the surface. When power jerking, the lure approaches the target without any sign, and then suddenly makes an impact and appeals to the target fish, with a clear on/off dart and slide action that triggers reaction bites under tough conditions.
